Ingredients
95 g flour
- 250 g granulated sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 75 g cocoa
- 1/2 tsp espresso powder
- 85 g dark chocolate, I use Callebaut
- 1/2 tsp salt (or 1 if you’re me)
- 100 g butter, melted
- 20 g canola oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
1 bag chewy caramel candies
- 75 ml heavy cream
- Pinch salt

BROWNIE INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all your dry ingredients and set aside.
Whisk together melted butter, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
Using a spatula, fold in dry ingredients until combined.
Fold in chocolate and pop into the Nostalgia Donut Maker.
CARAMEL INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium saucepan, combine candies, heavy cream, and salt. Pop over medium heat.
Let everything melt together while constantly stirring.
Once caramel bubbles, remove from heat and cool.
Use when at room temp.
ASSEMBLY
Use the Nostalgia MyMini Orbital Donut Maker to bake brownies. Cool, fill with caramel, freeze, and dip. Use store-bought icing and color to preference for dipping tops.
