Let your taste buds have a fiesta with this sizzlin' nacho queso dip!

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
1 yellow onion, about 2 cups chopped
2 garlic cloves, about 2 tbsp minced
1 tsp ground cumin
8 oz cream cheese
12 oz evaporated milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
¼ cup half & half, optional
Directions
Melt butter in a large saucepan over high heat.
Add chopped onion and cook for about 5-8 minutes, until tender and aromatic. Stir consistently so the onion does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
Add garlic and cumin and cook for another 2 minutes.
Lower heat to medium and add evaporated milk and cream cheese at the same time. Stir constantly so the cream cheese melds completely into the mixture without lumps.
Add both cheeses and mix to melt.
Pour half & half carefully. Only use if you want a thinner dipping consistency. This sauce is particularly thick and luscious!
Transfer queso sauce to your Taco Tuesday Lazy Susan Taco Bar Melting Pot and place inside the Heated Base to keep warm.
Add your favorite Nacho toppings and enjoy!!
