chocolate and strawberries. This recipe peps things up by adding popcorn into
the mix. Our super-easy chocolate and strawberry popcorn recipe adds some
crunch to the sweet chocolate strawberry classic with freshly popped popcorn,

Ingredients
6 tbsps. popcorn kernels
1 small 3 oz. box of strawberry gelatin mix (not sugar-free).
2 tbsps. of butter
1 tbsp. corn syrup
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 cup water
8 oz. of your favorite melting chocolate
1 tbsp. of olive oil
Directions
Use your NHAP501BK Hot Air Popcorn Maker or any other Nostalgia Hot Air Popcorn Maker to pop your popcorn kernels (6 tbsps. of kernels should make about 12 cups).
Add the gelatin, butter, corn syrup, sugar, and water to a saucepan and bring to a simmer while whisking. Immediately remove from stove once sugar has dissolved.
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add freshly popped popcorn to a lined cookie sheet. Add the strawberry syrup to the popcorn and gently fold so that the syrup coats all the popcorn.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Add oil and melting chocolate to a saucepan, heat and stir over low heat until olive oil and chocolate are completely melted and combined.
Drizzle melted chocolate on top of popcorn. Let set for at least 10 minutes before enjoying.
