Creamy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Directions Using your NOSTALGIA ELECTRIC ICE CREAM MAKER, chill the ice cream canister until cold to the touch.
In a medium-sized bowl, add Vanilla Crème Ice Cream Mix, milk, cream, peppermint extract, and food coloring. Stir until everything evenly mixed.
Follow steps in the Instruction Manual to properly assemble and plug in your ELECTRIC ICE CREAM MAKER.
Pour mixture into the canister. Make sure that you do not fill the canister more than 2/3 full, as mixture will expand during freezing process.
Turn ELECTRIC ICE CREAM MAKER on and let churn until desired consistency is achieved, about 20-30 minutes.
Add chocolate chips during the last 5 minutes of churning.
Enjoy immediately, or transfer ice cream to freezer-safe container and store in freezer.
